3. Now in bowl add 1 tbps cornflour and 2 tbps water and mix like a paste.
4. Now dip the dough ball in it and then put in roasted vermicelli bowl and rotate all sides of dough ball
5. Press in centre and make a nest shape
6. Now in heated oil pan put these nest and fry well.
7. Now in bowl add mashed paneer, salt, red chilli powder and 1 tbps semolina. And make a mixture
8. Make small small balls of this mixture and fry on low flame in that oil pan. Take it out as white color only.
9. Put these paneer form of egg on vermicelli coated potato nest. Bird nest is ready to serve
