2. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3. 2 green chillies chopped
4. 2-3 tsp Coriander leaves chopped

8. 1/4 tsp garam masala

11. 1/2 cup homemade paneer chena
12. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

14. 1/2 cup Vermicelli
15. 2 tsp corn flour and water thin paste
16. 2 tsp chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps to make to make Potato Vermicelli Bird Nest

1. Boil potato and then mashed it. For bird nest:- In a bowl mix together potato, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and coriander powder and make dough.
2. Make a thin paste of corn flour and water. Take about 2 to 3 Tbsp of potato mixture and make small Tikkis shape. Dip Potato Tikkis into the cornflour paste. Next coats these tikkis with Vermicelli. It will look like nest.
3. Keep potato nests for 25 to 30 mins in fridge.
4. For making Paneer ball:- Mix paneer chena, black pepper, salt together and knead to make dough. Then take a small portion of the dough and make small balls.
5. Heat oil in kadai. When oil is hot fry paneer eggs in it for about 30 sec and take out. Do not brown too much.
6. After half an hour remove potato nests from refrigerator and fry in same kadai until golden brown in color.
7. Now to decorate plate:- First put bird nest in a plate, then keep paneer balls along with coriander leaves on it and serve.
