6. In a mean while, take cottage cheese mashed it by using hands add black pepper and some salt Make small balls and fry then for 30 seconds (make sure its doesn't change the color, cook on low flame) these are the eggs of the nest..
7. Now its time to fry the nest in the semi hot oil. Fry it for 2 3minutes use medium low heat (don't over fry it) just wait for the golden color
8. Now it time to assemble the nest.. In the potatoes nest arrange some mint leaves on it then spread some mint chutney in between then arrange the eggs in it
